Sales Representative

Wichita, KS

Pay: Earn Up To $180K Per Year

Hours: 

  • Full-Time

  • Monday through Friday 8-hour shift 

  • Holidays off

Requirements: 

  • Must have a valid driving license

  • Must be able to carry a latter and inspect a roof 

  • Sales experience of some kind is preferred but not required

  • Ability to perform public speaking and presentations on 1st Priority products and services. 

  • Interpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care 

  • Ability to diagnose customer issues and concerns 

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly 

  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to customer issues appropriately 

  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how our company provides solutions 

  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details 

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment 

  • Ability to keep up on necessary ongoing industry-related training 

  • Ability to create sales and marketing tracks 

  • Ability to implement marketing strategy 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Below is a list of essential duties. Additional work items may be required.

  • Meet company quotas for generated revenue

  • Attend any daily, weekly, and monthly meetings 

  • Update all activities, timesheets, and marketing processes 

  • Participate in ongoing strategy meetings 

  • Canvass assigned locations and at designated times

  • Continue sales education 

  • Attend all necessary company-sponsored or third party sponsored training events

  • Uphold 1st Priority’s mission and values
